Whitening Strips

We recommend brushing your teeth 30 minutes before application to achieve optimal and even whitening. It is best to use ALPINE WHITE Whitening Toothpaste. Our toothpaste additionally whitens your teeth and you combine dental care with whitening. You can use the strips at any time of the day. Note: The whitening of your teeth only takes place where the strips adhere to the teeth. The length of the whitening strips is adjusted for the visible area of the teeth.

Each pack contains two strips, which have the appropriate shape for the upper or lower row of teeth. They are always applied at the same time. However, depending on your needs, you can also use the strips individually on the top or bottom.

This is how it works: 

1. Take out the strips. 

2. First remove the upper strip from the protective foil.

3. apply the strip below the gum line in the centre of the upper row of teeth. Then apply the lower strip to the lower row of teeth. 

4. Remove the strips after 1 to 2 hours and clean the teeth if necessary.

If the ALPINE WHITE Whitening Strips stick firmly to the foil, cannot be removed or the gel sticks to the foil, they have probably been stored too warm. Maybe you are applying too much pressure? In that case, try holding the pouch by the edges only. If you find that they are difficult to remove after application, you can lightly wet your teeth before applying the strips.
